At Module 8, we aim to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery times, international shipments, and lost or damaged packages.


1. Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Preorder Items (e.g., MOOD / Tuners)

Some Module 8 products are offered as preorders.

  • Preorder items ship in the order they are received.

  • Estimated ship dates will be displayed on the product page at checkout.

  • If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the full order may ship together unless otherwise noted.

If production timelines change, we will notify you by email.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Carrier rates

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

The carrier will be chosen based on speed, cost, and destination.


5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

These fees are charged by your country and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Module 8 is not responsible for these additional charges.

If an international shipment is refused, any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If you do not receive tracking after 5 business days, please contact us at hello@module-8.com.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

  • Contact the carrier directly

Module 8 is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are unable to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
